It sounds simple doesn't it? That you can choose happiness as easily as you choose what to wear in the morning or choose what to make for supper at night? But don't be deceived. Choosing happiness is not about sticking a fake smile on your face and pretending to the world that you're okay.
Choosing happiness is hard work. It takes conscious effort and daily work. It is about learning to accept that the only person you can control, is yourself; that by changing the way you react to a situation, you can change the outcome of the situation.
